26 years across the industry.
Derick has held general-contractor licenses in Mississippi and Florida earlier in his career. Today the home base is Missouri with active work across Kansas and the KC Metro.
Over a 26-year career, Derick has performed restoration and general-contracting work spanning water, fire, storm, and mold losses across residential and commercial property. That work has included properties involving serious incidents — including biohazard scenes — and routine coordination with local law enforcement and coroners when restoration follows an investigation.
