The Wiley Services website is provided for informational purposes. Service descriptions, pricing ranges, and process outlines are representative — actual scope, schedule, and pricing for your job are determined after on-site inspection and documented in a written estimate.

We offer free, no-obligation property inspections. An inspection does not create a contract for work. Work begins only after a written estimate is provided and accepted by you (or, for insurance jobs, after scope agreement with your carrier).

Pricing ranges shown on this site are typical and not guarantees. Every estimate is built against the specific property and loss in front of us. Insurance work is priced through Xactimate. Cash and self-pay work is itemized line by line.

Wiley Services is a restoration contractor. We are not a public adjuster, an insurance agent, an insurance consultant, or an insurance broker, and we are not licensed in those capacities. We do not file your insurance claim, negotiate your policy, settle your claim, interpret coverage for you, or release the carrier from any obligation on your behalf. Those activities are reserved by state law in Missouri (RSMo Ch. 325), Kansas (K.S.A. 40-5501 et seq.), and similar statutes elsewhere to licensed public adjusters.

What we do is document our own repair scope thoroughly, meet your adjuster on-site to walk through the damage and our scope of work, and provide you and (with your authorization) your carrier with our Xactimate-based estimate so the conversation is grounded in documented facts. The claim is between you and your carrier.

Anyone who offers to waive your deductible is breaking the law. We do not waive deductibles. If your deductible is an obstacle, talk to your carrier or your bank about deductible-financing options. Wiley Services does not receive compensation for steering customers to any particular lender.

Completed work carries a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of project completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and pass through to you per the manufacturer's terms.

Wiley Services is not liable for damage caused by conditions outside our scope — including but not limited to undiscovered pre-existing damage, latent defects in the structure, acts of nature occurring after our completion, and damage caused by subsequent owner or occupant alteration.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clinton County, Missouri.
