Terms of Service

The agreement that governs use of this site and our services.

Last updated: 2026.

Use of this website

The Wiley Services website is provided for informational purposes. Service descriptions, pricing ranges, and process outlines are representative — actual scope, schedule, and pricing for your job are determined after on-site inspection and documented in a written estimate.

Free inspections

We offer free, no-obligation property inspections. An inspection does not create a contract for work. Work begins only after a written estimate is provided and accepted by you (or, for insurance jobs, after scope agreement with your carrier).

Pricing & estimates

Pricing ranges shown on this site are typical and not guarantees. Every estimate is built against the specific property and loss in front of us. Insurance work is priced through Xactimate. Cash and self-pay work is itemized line by line.

Insurance claim representation

We can advocate on your behalf with your insurance carrier when authorized to do so. We do not have authority to bind coverage, settle claims, or release the carrier from obligations on your behalf — those decisions are yours.

Anyone who offers to waive your deductible is breaking the law. We do not waive deductibles. We do offer deductible financing through third-party providers (currently Acorn and Hearth).

Warranty

Completed work carries a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of project completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and pass through to you per the manufacturer's terms.

Limitation of liability

Wiley Services is not liable for damage caused by conditions outside our scope — including but not limited to undiscovered pre-existing damage, latent defects in the structure, acts of nature occurring after our completion, and damage caused by subsequent owner or occupant alteration.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clinton County, Missouri.
