    Free inspection. Scheduled within ~2 business days for non-emergencies. Same day for emergencies.

    Scope & estimate. Hand-keyed in Xactimate at Level 2 certification. Itemized line by line for cash projects.
  4. 04
    Claim coordination. For insurance work — we meet the adjuster on-site, align scope, and document discrepancies.
  5. 05
    Schedule & start. Emergencies start immediately. Planned work scheduled around materials and your availability.
  6. 06
    Ongoing communication. Weekly minimum on standard work; daily on larger losses. Phone, email, or text — your preference.
  7. 07
    Final walk-through. You, Derick, and a checklist. Nothing is signed off until you're satisfied.
  8. 08
    Warranty. 1-year warranty on all completed work. If something fails, we come back.
