Privacy Policy

What we collect, how we use it, and how to ask us to delete it.

Last updated: 2026.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us — your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the work you need. For insurance jobs we also collect carrier name, policy number, and claim number as part of normal claim processing.

We collect basic analytics about website visits (pages viewed, referring source) to understand which pages help customers and which don't. We do not sell or share visitor analytics data with third parties.

How we use information

Customer information is used to deliver the services you request — schedule inspections, write estimates, communicate about your job, file claims with your carrier on your behalf, and bill for completed work.

Who we share information with

We share your information only with the parties needed to complete your job: your insurance carrier and adjuster (with your authorization), the subcontractors performing portions of the work, and our accounting and tax professionals.

We do not sell customer information. We do not share it for marketing purposes.

Retention

We retain customer and job records as required for tax, insurance, and warranty purposes — typically 7 years from the date of job completion. After that, records are destroyed.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where retention law doesn't require us to keep it). Contact us at 816-592-0583 or via the contact form.

Questions

Questions about this policy or how we handle your information should be directed to Derick Wiley at 816-592-0583 or via the contact form.
