How we work
One crew. One owner on the job.
Every project Derick is on-site for. Estimates are built in Xactimate on our automation platform for insurance work, or itemized line-by-line for cash and self-pay projects.
Subcontractors are vetted — we've worked with most of them for years and they hold the certifications (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural) that the job needs. We don't farm out the scope to whoever is cheapest that week.
- Free inspection & estimate. We come out, scope the project, and give you a real number.
- Itemized line-by-line estimate. Xactimate-based for insurance work; itemized for cash projects.
- Weekly minimum updates. Larger jobs run daily updates. Phone, email, or text — your preference.
- 1-year warranty. On all completed work. Final walk-through with the owner.
